Keto Cheesy Bread

Banting members will love this especially if you miss pizza, it can easily be used as a pizza base. Quick and easy with very little cleaning up time.




Keto Cheesy Bread:

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (you can use another half cup extra if you a cheese lover)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of fresh herbs (optional)
  • Parchment paper
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pat it out like you would pizza dough into parchment paper (not wax!) Sprinkle with some salt.
  3. Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. Grill on high for 1-2 minutes to get a crisper top and brown edges.
  5. Cut with a pizza cutter and dip in your favorite sauce.
